Scope of Application: These terms apply to all users accessing the official website of T.Home Boutique, including visitors, direct bookers, or users of our online consultation services.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity under Vietnamese law to execute online bookings and payment transactions.

Right to Amend Content: T.Home Boutique reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon public publication on the website.

1. Pricing Policy

All room rates published on the website are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND).

Listed rates include service charges and applicable taxes (unless otherwise specified for special promotional packages).

T.Home Boutique reserves the right to adjust room rates based on seasonality, promotional campaigns, or market fluctuations. However, the rate applicable to your reservation will remain locked as confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

2. Deposit & Transaction Confirmation

A booking becomes legally valid only after T.Home Boutique receives the required deposit (minimum 50% or 100% of the total booking value, depending on package terms) and issues an official Booking Confirmation via Email or Zalo.

Guests are responsible for reviewing all details on the Booking Confirmation (Full Name, Room Category, Check-in/Check-out dates, Rates). Please notify us within 24 hours if any adjustments are needed.

3. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), or integrated online payment gateways on the website.

T.Home Boutique guarantees zero card processing surcharges for credit card transactions.

Cancellation and modification terms are applied as follows (or subject to specific non-refundable terms stated on the Booking Confirmation for promotional room categories):

Standard Season:

Cancellation / Rescheduling prior to 03 days (before check-in date): Free of charge; 100% deposit refunded within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation / Rescheduling within 01 to 03 days (before check-in date): Subject to a fee equal to 100% of the deposit or the first night’s charge.

Cancellation within 24 hours or No-Show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Peak Season, Holidays & Promotional Bookings:

Subject to a 07-day advance cancellation policy or Non-refundable terms clearly specified at the time of booking.

Force Majeure Events:

In cases of natural disasters, epidemics, or government travel restrictions, T.Home Boutique will support holding the booking value for up to 06 months or flexible stay rescheduling.

When staying at T.Home Boutique, guests are kindly requested to comply with the following regulations to ensure a tranquil environment for all:

Check-in / Check-out Times:

Check-in: From 14:00 | Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and applicable surcharges.

Identity Verification:

Guests must present an original, valid National ID or Passport upon check-in for mandatory residence registration under Vietnamese Residence Law.

100% Non-Smoking Policy:

T.Home Boutique enforces a strict 100% Non-Smoking policy across all guest rooms and enclosed common areas. Violations are subject to a specialized deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee of VND 2,000,000 per occurrence.

Quiet Hours & Security:

Please maintain quiet hours after 22:00. Parties causing loud noise, illegal substances, weapons, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Pet Policy:

To maintain an allergen-free environment for all guests, T.Home Boutique regrets that pets cannot be accommodated.

Property Protection & Damages:

Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings (using in-room electronic safes). T.Home Boutique is not liable for un-safeguarded cash or high-value items.

In the event of intentional or accidental loss or damage to hotel property or room amenities, guests agree to compensate according to the hotel’s published asset price list.

T.Home Boutique commits to presenting accurate room imagery, descriptions, and service details on the website. However, minor decor details may vary in actual operation while ensuring the confirmed room category and quality standards are fully met.

T.Home Boutique shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as national power grid outages, wide-area internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

All logos, T.Home Boutique brand names, the tagline “Touch Tranquility, Return Home,” images, articles from The T.Home Journal, videos, website interfaces, and architectural designs are the exclusive intellectual property of T.Home Boutique. Any unauthorized reproduction, republication, or commercial use without prior written consent constitutes an infringement of the law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with reservations and stays shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and mediation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts in Ho Chi Minh City for resolution.
